While with these companies, Steve raised capital, restructured debt, reengineered business processes, developed management reporting, managed risks, implemented multiple systems ranging from SAP to Quickbooks and established financial controls. In doing so, he successfully increased shareholder value time after time.
Martha M. Wakefield, CPA, MAcc ~ PrincipalMartha began her career with Deloitte and Touche and has almost 20 years of finance and operations experience. She’s held both Controllership and CFO positions with companies in a variety of industries, including telecom, retail, manufacturing and real estate. She enjoys the business planning and strategic development aspects of growing businesses, and exhibited her talents in these areas when she served as the Director of Corporate Planning and Analysis for a start-up telecom business that grew to over a billion dollars in revenue in just three years.
Ron Sklamm ~ PrincipalRon has over 13 years of business development and sales and marketing experience. He began his career in Minneapolis, MN after graduating from the University of Maryland. Prior to joining Legacy Business Partners, Ron held leadership roles with various companies , including IBM and Olsten Staffing. While with these companies, he serviced accounts ranging in size from start-ups to Fortune 500 Companies, across a variety of industries.
Leslie Baker ~ Head of Talent RecruitmentLeslie has over 14 years experience in delivering and developing some of the best talent in the Atlanta market. She has designed recruiting strategies for companies in a variety of industries, including professional services, technology and healthcare. In addition, she has trained and managed both recruiting and sales staffs.
