Leslie Baker ~ Head of Talent RecruitmentLeslie has over 14 years experience in delivering and developing some of the best talent in the Atlanta market. She has designed recruiting strategies for companies in a variety of industries, including professional services, technology and healthcare. In addition, she has trained and managed both recruiting and sales staffs.
Leslie has a unique ability to find the right person for an organization. She realizes that the right fit requires much more than matching a skill set to a job opening. It is equally important to match the personality of the individual to the personality of the organization.
During her career, Leslie brought three start-up IT staffing firms to market and managed several corporate mergers. She also developed the recruiting organizations for two national consulting firms and many small to mid size companies in Metro Atlanta. In addition, she served as a consultant to the Fortune 500 market managing the redesign and recruiting efforts of the new B2B sales groups on a national level.
Leslie is very active in the Atlanta Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as well as charitable fund raisers for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and the AFLAC Cancer Center. She enjoys cooking for her friends and family, good music, yoga and being outdoors. However, her favorite pastime is hanging out with her two favorite people in the world, her children Chloe and Luke.
